Privacy Policy
SureSlot is run by Dream Deals LLC in Farmington, Missouri ("we"). This page explains what information SureSlot collects when you book with a business or use the SureSlot app, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- When you book: your name, phone number, email address (if you give one), the service, date and time, and any note you add. If you book for someone else, we also collect their name and contact details, and yours as the person who booked.
- When a business signs up: the business name, contact details, services, prices, hours and the owner's login.
- When you search: what you search for and the town, city or ZIP you choose. If you tap "Use my location," your phone's approximate location is used to find nearby places. It is used for that search and not saved to an account.
- On your phone: your saved places, plans and settings are kept in your browser's storage on your own device. Clearing your history in the app or your browser data removes them.
How we use it
- To make, change and cancel appointments, and to show the business who is coming.
- To send confirmations, reminders and changes about your appointment by email (and by text if that feature is turned on).
- To show businesses near you, including live search results.
- To keep SureSlot working, secure and free of abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- The business you book with sees your booking details so they can serve you. Each business only sees its own customers.
- Service providers that run parts of SureSlot for us: Netlify (hosting and data storage), Resend (email delivery) and Google (business search results and photos). They only process information to provide their service to us.
- When required by law, or to protect people's safety or our rights.
Text messages & notifications
If you tick "Text me my confirmation & reminders", we text the mobile number you gave about that appointment only: the confirmation, a reminder the day before, and any change or cancellation. About 3 texts per booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop, or HELP for help. Texting is optional and not required to book.
We never sell or share your mobile number or text-message consent with anyone for their marketing. Texts are delivered by our messaging provider (Twilio) only to carry out the messages above.
If you turn on notifications, your browser gives us an anonymous address for this device so we can send appointment alerts. You can turn them off anytime in your browser or phone settings.
Business listings
SureSlot shows public information about local businesses (name, address, phone, website) so people can find and contact them. Some results come live from Google and are shown with Google's attribution. Business owners can ask us to update or remove a listing at any time.
How long we keep it
Appointment records are kept while the business uses SureSlot so they can see their history. You or the business can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
- Cancel or change an appointment using the link in your confirmation.
- Clear saved places and plans on your phone from Plans → Clear history.
- Ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct or delete it, by emailing team@dreamdealsmo.com.
Children
SureSlot is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. A parent or guardian can book for a child.
Security
Information is sent over encrypted connections, and business dashboards are password-protected. No system is perfect, so please tell us right away if you see anything wrong.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
